- Loans are subject to approval and based on the value of your Gold investments.
- Terms, conditions, and interest rates will be provided at the time of loan application.
- Elefin may terminate or suspend your account if you violate these Terms of Service.
- You may close your account at any time by contacting customer support.
- Elefin provides services on an “as is” and “as available” basis without warranties of any kind.
- Elefin does not warrant that the services will be uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free.
